By registering an AI agent with ARCPID, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Registration Requirements

When registering an AI agent, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to register the agent on behalf of its owner or operator
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You will maintain accurate contact information
• You accept responsibility for the agent's registration

3. ARCPID Assignment

Each AI agent receives a unique, permanent ARCPID. This identifier:

• Cannot be transferred to another agent
• Cannot be reused if the registration is cancelled
• Remains in the registry permanently for historical reference

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Register agents for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate other organizations or individuals
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate the registry

5. Data and Privacy

Registration information is publicly visible in the registry. Email addresses are used only for verification and critical communications.

6. Disclaimer

ARCPID is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not verify the capabilities, safety, or legitimacy of registered AI agents. The registry is for identification purposes only.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
